A large underwater volcano is erupting north of Papua New Guinea

That’s not the really newsworthy part. That the volcano is creating an ash and steam cloud despite being a half-mile underwater is.

The narrator sounds like Kip Dynamite.

He certainly does have a very unusual voice, and I don’t think it’s altered in any way.
