Why didn’t anyone tell me about this before?
I just found a podcast titled A Life Well Wasted. It borrows heavily from the format of This American Life but rather than just feeling like a copy it makes it a breath of fresh air in gaming media. Unfortunately he seems to be pacing himself to one episode every two months and there’s only three episodes so far. I think the second episode was his best but there’s good stuff in all three.
Why can’t more gaming media be this good (okay, besides the obvious working as a marketing arm for the industry and pandering to a 13 to 17 year old audience).
