A light instead of a phone ring?

This is a real long shot, but worth trying.
I have a cell phone.
I would like there to be a light in th room that lights when I get a call and the phone doesn’t ring.
If that weren’t hard enough, the light can’;t be attsched to the cell phone and, when I am out of the house, the cell phone must ring by sound.
Any possibility?
I said it was a real long shot.
