Bugs Bunny is Rick Blaine. Peppi Le Pew is Louis Renault.
Wile E. Coyote is Major Strasser. The Roadrunner is Victor Laszlo. Foghorn Leghorn is Ferrari.
Hard to think of a female Warner cartoon character to play Ilsa Lund. This will take some thought.

Carrotblanca (1995) WB Looney Tunes short
I'll stick my cotton tail for no one!
Well, that fixes that. I like Daffy Duck as Sam, but an anonymous cat as Ilsa? NG.
Note that this was made in 1995 so Mel Blanc was not involved, there were several other voice actors.
Anonymous? That was Penelope Pussycat, the target of Pepé Le Pew’s unwanted affections.
Nice thing is the cartoon version of Peter Lorre can play Ugarte.
He was . . . misinformed.
And it’s not like Loony Tunes is exactly overflowing with female characters. Since Lola Bunny hadn’t been created, yet, I think Penelope is the only one who fit the character of Ilsa, unless you wanted the irony of Granny or one of the ‘mother/wife’ characters. (Or Bugs could have done the whole thing in drag, I guess.)
1995? That explains the poor cartoon art.
Well, I always hated the Pepe Le Pew cartoons, so perhaps I can be forgiven for not knowing that this was a regular character that had a name. I’ll bet I’m not the only one.
It’s funny because Yosemite Sam prison rape.
And Daffy gets to play Sam because they’re both black.
Moving to Cafe Society.
I loved it when Bugs turns to the viewer, his head replaced by a giant lollipop. SUCKER.
Petunia Pig as Ilsa, and Daffy is perfect for Ugarte.
Marvin the Martian for Sam?
I can’t see PussyFoot in a speaking role.
Dear God, no!
I saw Carrotblanca.
Le sigh.
My thread is ruined.
But Bugs got the goil!
My only laugh-out loud moment was Penelope’s exit from the plane.
