While it was funny to me, I would nitpick that opinion that Dubya has the one ring. Knowing how many times Powell has to pull the administration to do the right thing, I would think George has only one of the lesser rings.
Thanks to you I have now the image of George being a big bull in foreign affairs and Powell pulling Bush’s nose ring from time to time.
