Well, that is one group’s interpretation. Can you explain why this interpretation is to be favoured over the Jewish interpretation of the events of 2000 years ago?

Well, I think because he told Mohammed, blessed be his name, that the New Testament was holy too. So there must be some truthyness to it.

Guess He realised the New Testament was rather vague though, so he wrote yet another book. This time dictating it himself. And it’s the definite final version.
The Koran says so itself; Mohammed is the last prophet.

So unless he decides to publish a new book, actually handwritten by Him, I guess we should go with the final version and all convert to Islam.
Just to be safe, you know, when you face Allah when you die.

Now we’re getting somewhere. The Jews are not right. Who else is not right? Buddhists? Islamists? Hindus? Sikhs? Jainists? Neo-Pagans? Scientologists? Rastafarians?

Don’t you have to know a little about each religion, to know whether they’re right or wrong? And what about Christians? There are many sects of Christianity that contradict other sects. Is there only one true flavor of Christianity, and all the other are wrong?
How do you know you picked the right one?

No, there’s a lot about your religion you don’t know. You don’t think it’s important to know what happens to people who never hear about Jesus? Do you think you are a good witness if someone asks you about that and you don’t have the slightest clue? Having faith doesn’t mean you shouldn’t learn the basics of your theology.

One can only believe that it is God’s words, It in fact can be proven it was the writings or teachings of some other human. You believe the human who wrote that it was God, There is a big difference between belief and fact!

When one quotes the Bible or any writing it is the work and words of another human.

Sorry but you really haven’t explained it at all. Why was he the perfect sacrifice? What is it about being without sin that made Jesus a perfect sacrifice? Why was it part of God’s plan? What was the reasoning and why was that good reasoning?

If you were a child who knew nothing about cars and you asked me exactly why putting gas in a car made it go and my answer was “because it’s the perfect fuel” or “because that is the car manufacturer’s plan” would you think that a useful answer? Would you feel satisfied or would you feel like I’d blown you off? Would you, if you were a somewhat sceptical kid, perhaps think that, actually, I didn’t really know why putting gas in a car made it go?

A better answer (and the type of answer I’m looking for from you) would be that putting gas in the car makes it go because the gas travels down fuel lines to the engine, where it’s burned in cylinders which creates pressure that drives pistons which turn a crankshaft which turns the driveshaft which drives the wheels around. And if you asked me for more detail on any aspect, I’d give it to you the best of my ability. That’s the standard of answer I’m looking for from you.

So, could you try answering my questions to that standard?
