I suggest the OP simply avoid the Elections forum for as long as he needs to regain his equilibrium. (Which may be until the next Presidential election.)
Trump is not known for being accurate on a number of things, but there’s no doubt the election is next Tuesday, Nov. 8. I knew it was next week, but I thought next Tuesday was the 9th. I was just off by a day.
Because I figured that was a polite interval to allow bitching/celebrating before we just took a break. Some people got it. Others… did not.
