Easthampton school superintendent job offer abruptly rescinded

CNN has an update. It seems the term used may have been “Ladies and gentlemen.” One woman (I almost said “lady”) on the board ‘said she was “insulted by the familiarity with which the candidate addressed me.”’ The fellow who was not hired seems to be minimizing the idea that salary or other terms on employment were the issue.

Worse, I linked an article pointing out that he had cornered the board members at a fundraiser to demand more pay and time off; Paul challenged the claims made by the article; I looked into the source… and it was actually right in Paul’s original article the whole time.
