Is there a place online where one can purchase miniature models of armored knights, on or off horseback? I’m not talking about miniature as in those tiny little models that Steve Carell is shown painting in the 40 Year Old Virgin, that some people play board games with; I mean like G.I. Joe sized. Not action figures; just models, painted in high detail and made from resin or plastic.
Preferably knights from the 13th to 15th centuries.

Not sure about online, but I remember Target had a big selection of these, as did the local toy stores in the mall. They all seemed to come from the same manufacturer (whose name I can’t remember), but each retailer had different knights, different castles, etc. and they were all well-painted GI-joe type models (not action figures).
This was just a few months ago and I remember it surprised me because I thought medieval stuff was out of vogue compared to the latest HP/Star Wars/Narnia/whatever.
Found 'em. The manufacturer is Schleich and Target sells 'em online. As does Amazon, for that matter.
Wow, thanks for that. I already have seven of Schleich’s animal figurines, mostly horses and cattle. I had no idea they had such an extensive selection of knights, though. That was exactly what I’m looking for.
