Well, it’s not part of my OFFICIAL moderator’s duties, but I’d have to say, that rules certainly imply that photos are mandatory.
Naw, I made that up when I needed a kitten fix. Or, someone else did. I get so confused when kittens are involved.
It’s more of a generally recognized good practice.

Brynda - Clowns = evil. Kitties that attack clowns != evil. In fact, it’s the one point that makes me think maybe they’re benevolent.
