A question about same-sex marriage in Argentina.

Argentina has legalized same-sex marriages with the first couples marrying yesterday. Between December of last year and the new law coming into force there were several cases of same-sex couples managing to marry by getting judicial dispensations or in at least one case (in Tierra del Fuego) by the provincial governor simply ordering the civil registry to marry same-sex couples on the grounds that they had a constitutional right to marry. I understant that at least some of them were annuled by the courts, but appeals were in progress. What happens to those marriages now? Were they retroactively legalized? Do those couples need to get married again?
