A question about the Armed Assault games (PC)

Its quite possible I’m being dense but I can’t figure this out and can’t find the answer elsewhere.

Simply, how do you remap the keys so that the right mouse button used for ‘forward’ and the W key for the default right mouse function (usually Zoom or Optics).

This is the first FPS game I’ve encountered this problem with, it doesn’t seem to let me remap the functions in that manner and I find the game extremely difficult to play using W or other key for forward motion.

For ARMA2 this seems to be the procedure:

I normally use the right mouse button to jump, but IIRC ARMA2 doesn’t have jump. I got used to the “zoom in” function it provides in ARMA2, you really have to look to see the enemies in many cases.
