A question for Arrow fans (S6)

When Arrow fist came out, I gave it a few episodes and gave up on it.

Now, after so many seasons, I decided I would give it another try (I went ahead and skipped season 1). And I’m glad I did.
Anyway, I’m currently on season 6. I’m currious about how you guys feel the break up of the team.

Because, IMO, the senior members were being total dicks (Some more so than others). Was that the general consensus at the time it aired?

Thanks

No love for Arrow? :confused::confused:

We watched the first 5 seasons religously - season 6 got so repetitive we kinda gave up.

Enjoy the char and how the actor plays him - but just got tedious. I really like the teamup episodes now (crossovers).

The breakup of the team was completely unnecessary and only introduced for some artificial drama. Note that it didn’t stop them them from working together anyway, whenever they felt like it. I have completely forgotten why they broke up in the first place, other than that Oliver was being a jerk. (And when is he ever not a jerk?) That’s how inconsequential that whole development was.

Season 6 was a low point. Good news: season 7 is an improvement. Bad news: season 8 is the end.
If you don’t feel like muddling through season 6, go back and watch season 1. It’s not great, but it’s better than season 6. Unless you really can’t stand Thea’s lisp. I remember that being the worst part of it.

I have watched all of Arrow. I honestly don’t remember much about the breakup(s) other than it happened and was pretty much meh on it.

It just dawned on me these episodes aren’t going to be fresh in everyone’s mind like they are mine. Guess that’s why this thread didn’t get any hits the first go around. :smack:

Thanks for the responses guys.
