A Question For California Dopers (Indian Casinos)

My comments had nothing to do with bias. How fair is it that no one else gets the assistance that they get, simply because those people do not have the right kind of blood? You want to talk about bias, there you go.

Huh?

Plenty of people get bailed out by friends and relatives when they are arrested. Plenty of people have attorneys paid for by friends and relatives. And plenty of people get lawyers provided free of charge by the state.

Having someone–whether it’s your dad or your church or your Indian tribe–help you out with bail and a lawyer after you’re arrested is not in any way unfair or biased or a subversion of the legal system.

You are being completely irrational about this.
