A Question For Cecil [dogs eating their own hair]

I’m hoping that one of the moderators will be kind enough to bring this thread to Cecil’s attention.

This is the only question that I have ever posted to the SD boards that has not received even a somewhat satisfactory answer.

(I suppose that I will try emailing this to him as well.)

Emailing or writing Cecil is the best way of getting someting to his attention. His perusal of the boards is, well, let’s say erratic.
