A youngster who went to the ballpark with his granddad was treated to a very kind reception after his granddad passed out. Unfortunately, the elder didn’t make it, and the team apparently did their best to redirect the lad’s attention for the remainder of the game, and afterwards. Amidst stories of steroid abuse and other stuff, it’s nice to read a story about the kinder side of baseball.
