Authorities have identified him only as “Steve” and are checking You Tube and social media for additional evidence. He’s using suction cups, and has a backpack which MHO is what has them most concerned. FWIW, a big air mattress has been inflated at the base of the building.
Not the first time this has happened; in the 1970s, someone climbed one of the WTC towers with a tool he made himself and slipped into the window-washer track.
At the rate he’s going, I’ll tune in Friday to watch him reach the top.

Ha. I logged in to the live stream just in time to see his butt yanked in the window. Why was he even trying to go that close to the police?
“I think he’s probably a nutjob trying to head to the top,” says a bystander.

He was out of routes. He had tried to go around that window on the right but the cops removed the window on that side as well. He couldn’t go left (around the corner) because there were cops in a window washer platform over there.

I kept hoping to see the Donald leaning out an open window with a broom trying to push the guy off and yelling “Get off MY building you bum…you’re getting the windows all dirty!”
That or leaning out a window while chowing down on a taco bowl to see what’s going on.
