touristguy.com has an update on the guy pictured on the observation deck of the WTC.
This guy is apparently the real deal, with pictures to prove it.
or maybe it’s just a guy with some good photoediting skills trying to get his 15 min.
Here’s another link that I got from snopes with apparently the same story.
Seems he did it as a private joke amonst his friends, that went public.
Of course if some monetary gains are offered, he may bite, but will try to keep his anonimity.
