When I visited friends in Springfield, everything had “chilli” in it or on it. Is this unique to Springfield, or is it common throughout Illinois?
P.S. I enjoyed it. I started putting chili into “devilled” eggs after my visit.

An Ontario roll might be some thin-sliced venison, wrapped in rainbow trout, and drizzled with maple syrup.
Too much potato. Besides, this is actually a Central PA roll. Let Pittsburgh and Philly get their own rolls.
