Grateful to the sharp-eyed witness who saw them loading up at the hotel (motel?) and called it in. Unfortunately, what they are being charged with is only a misdemeanor, and only one of them is from Idaho, so the others will go home (at some point) effectively without a blot on their escutcheon – at least not a new blot. I can imagine that they picked Idaho for their criminal activity because they thought there might be more support among the populace for it, and less fighting back.
It would be nice to think that at least these individuals have come to the attention of the police and perhaps feds, but I doubt there is the manpower to track these yahoos around to see what they are going to get up to next.
Parking is really tight in Coeur D’Alene. Carpooling is appreciated, even if the purpose is to vandalize and harass.

Whatever you may think of the Patriot Front, isn’t “suspicion of intent to riot” the sort of bullshit rousting charge that could be applied to almost any group? I hope the police had at least some probable cause to go on besides “they looked shifty”.

Maybe this is just my level of jadedness, but the biggest surprise to me is that LEOs actually stopped them.

My thought upon seeing this earlier is that these are domestic terrorists.
The funny thing is if i remember right when you sign a Uhaul rental contract you agree not to use it for “human or animal cargo” as it violates several state-federal interstate commerce rules
If I’m stuck in that van, I’m hoping they’re domesticated.
