A Walk Off The Earth member has died

I just heard that Mike Taylor of the band Walk Off The Earth, also known as “Beard Guy,” died last night.

He was certainly a fan favourite, and a very talented multi-instrumentalist. Among other things, I think he was underrated as a piano player.

I know he’ll be greatly missed.

Wow. I just took a quick peek at his Facebook page and there was no indication that he’d been sick. The article I saw said “natural causes,” though. Very sad.
