Kind of like a garden weasel, only without all the new-age, back-to-the-earth touchy-feely goodness.
It does, however, imply another sort of touchy-feely goodness, but only if you enjoy that sort of thing.
I dissent. There is a beauty in the simplicity of the insult.
Too often, posters attempt to come up with newer and more “clever” insults in what seems to be a naked cry for attention. Not Creative_Munster. He went old school for this one.
Insult trends come and go. In twenty years nobody will know what an asshat or felcher is. Nobody will understand the [body part + seemingly unconnected word] insult (e.g., you ass credenza). But in twenty years people will still know what a Butt kisser is. It’s timeless.
And look at how much was said in a mere seven words. He has insulted you and (rightly or wrongly) dismissed your entire argument as mere sycophancy. Had he said “you asshat” we’d have no undrestanding of the basis of the insult unless he resorted to excess verbiage.
I don’t defend all of his comments or even the accusation against our noble Mod, Euty. But, taken on the merits, I think the insult was powerful.
Old school, given the appropriate forum, would be highly amusing. But this was just someone who probably still feels all naughty saying “dang crap-filled poopybutt! SHOOOOOOOOOT!”

I agree the forum was wrong. But the OP and several other posts took issue with the insult itself. I was just sticking up for old time religion. I dream of a return to classic, informative insults.
When he called Euty a Butt kisser, we had all the information on his position that we needed. Had he called him a goat felcher or asshat we would immediately wonder “Why, praytell, do you think Euty is a goat felcher/asshat?” There is a certain economy in the Butt kisser insult that can be admired.
Euty, I notice that you always agree with admin/mod decisions. Always.
That sure will help when you apply for mod, won’t it buttkisser?
