It would seem that things are getting truly desperate as regards new “X” places. Scraping very bottom of barrel – I read long ago (no cite available, I fear) of a place in Vietnam, near the Laotian border, called Xom Cuq (about which Google yields nothing): from where there ran in French colonial times, an aerial ropeway for transporting goods, to Banaphao (unknown to my atlas) in Laos. As said – desperation time !
