Well, since that’s been cleared up, Revtim was wondering how big your tits were.
As compared to the incumbent, you mean? Seems it’s always Dubya’s time of the month, doesn’t it? Yet you’re not pitting him.
If you can think of a specific, actual instance of HRC’s behavior that you considered unduly “angry and self-pitying”, it would help you a great deal to tell us what it is. If you indeed have anything of any substance to say here, that is. Which is not in evidence.
And what behaviour on Clinton’s part, specifically, leads you to this conclusion? My suspicion is that either (1) you’ve bought into someone’s line of propaganda or (2) you’re fantasising or projecting character traits that aren’t evidenced by hard proof.
A photo is best, but cup-size is sufficient.
She’s not pitting anybody, actually.
a35362, I’d also like to know a little more about how your opinions about Clinton developed.
Okay, so it was a Pitting outside the Pit. Big deal.
Well, I don’t know…Newsweek? I’ve read both the David Brock and Gail Sheehy books about her.
I’m not saying I know the lady personally. And good lord, I’m not defending George W. Bush.
As the Onion mentioned: a woman in the white House? But what if she mesturates all over some important legislation?
Seriously though: I will not be supporting HRC’s bid for the White House. I will be supporting someone like Mark Warner: a solid sensible centrist that’s been a Governor of a state under bipartisan rule… instead of having a circus over the most divisive political family on the Democratic side in the last few decades. It has nothing to do with her vagina. It has everything to do with the owner of the penis that her vagina is still legally married to.
I tol’ you that bitch crazy.
And if I’ve got this image of her, then anyone might. So that’s something she’d have to address if she were, in fact, going to run for president. Which she has not said she was planning to do.
Elvis, acsenray, LaurAnge, and whomever else: Are we still talking about my alleged misogyny, or just Hillary Rodham Clinton? I don’t know what you want from me. I don’t mean to be give offense. I know a lot of women (and men too) admire her. I used to admire her, and I wish I still could. But I’m not going to put her up on a pedestal just because she’s a woman and I might like to see the U.S. elect a woman to the presidency; that would be reverse sexism, wouldn’t it? I would vote for her over a Republican any day of the week, but until she’s the Democrats’ nominee she just ain’t got it in my opinion. If I’m wrong about her, the party is going to have to persuade me otherwise.
I think she’d do better to address what people actually do think.
If I’m part of “whoever else,” I think everybody was asking about your opinions of HRC. Can you give, say, one story you heard that made you feel that way?
Who the hell said you should?
Just Clinton.
I want to know, specifically, why you think Clinton is controlled by her emotions, etc.
What does any of this have to do with it? I’m not a huge fan of Clinton myself, but my problems with her are based on her policy positions, not her personality.
Frankly, I am mildly offended by the idea that a vague notion that someone is “controlled by her emotions” is a reason to doubt her competence as a possible president. It seems an unfair judgement to me and something that one could say about nearly any public person. Why pin it on her?
On this point, you very well might be wrong about her. Talking about the reasons for your opinion might help change your mind.
Wha?
So if you’ve got some image of Hillary that you’ve simply pulled out of thin air based on nothing remotely factual, other people might have the same illusions, and Hillary would have to “address” this.
How, exactly, would she do this? We don’t really know what your opinion is or what it’s based on, and we’re still waiting for you to share. Would she have to get on the campaign trail and let everyone know that, in fact, she’d be more than willing to pull George Stephenopoulous into the Oval Office and yell at him? Which proves her focus? Or… something?
But what if she farts in the Oval Office? Isn’t that more likely, and more worthy of debate?
Presidential flatulence. You never hear about it, yet they say that the gentleman’s agreement between the press and the presidency is over.
No, it was not. Try again, but with more swearing. Dammit.
Yes, unless you can offer another actual reason for your hatred of her.
