As of 4 PM Thursday NOAA is predicting landfall in the Corpus Christi area, early Saturday morning. If so, Houston will be well outside the zone of hurricane-force winds. Still predicting at least 10-15 inches of rain all along the coast and about 50 miles inland, however.
While I won’t wish him ill, after Clothahump’s remarks in the thread on the USS John McCain, I’m not inclined to wish him luck, either.
