Well, prisons are expensive due to the required security and the 24/7/365 thing. It’s not like prisoners get bused to prison for 6.5 hours a day and then go home with weekends off.
So yeah, public schools could use more funding. No argument there.
But this has fuck all to do with addressing the question about why you think women’s prisons are like kindergarten.
Well I mean men’s prisons still outnumber women’s, men are still given longer sentences, men are still more likely to be raped in prison, etc

Women=protected class, therefore right away women are gonna get more social and legal protection than men.

Thank you very much for pointing out for pointing out discrimination faced by men. Men are discriminated in divorce. Male victims of Domestic Violence experience severe discrimination. Male offenders get 61% longer sentences for the same crime. Male bashing is considered the norm and widely accepted by all kinds of media.
Fortunately, already 33% of men realize that men face at least a moderate amount of discrimination. Decent humans will take your point and understand that discrimination against anyone is wrong. Stray dogs will bark at you just for wanting fairness, but you can ignore them.
