This may be stupid question, but I can’t think of any examples, and I’ve seen quite a few foreign films : when a “foreign” character appears in a movie that isn’t in English, how are their accents portrayed? For example, if you had the character of an Englishman in a French movie, would he speak French with an English accent? Does anyone have any examples?
