Acoustic sonority? Say wha?

I’ve been playing around with the Music Genome Project’s Pandora, and when I listen to bluegrass, it tells me the songs have “acoustic sonority.” I’ve looked for a definition but haven’t found any.

What’s acoustic sonority, and is it contagious?

“Sounds good”?

Sonority means having the quality of being sonorous, whch is defined as full, deep, rich and resonant.

Acoustic just refers to sound.

So there you go. Acoustic sonority = it sounds resonant.

Could there be sonority which is not acoustic?
