action against administrators

Given all the talk about certain administrators being indispensible and what not, it made me curious about something.

I would preface this by saying I’m not making any accusations and nor am I saying this has happened, but who would we complain to if Ed Zotti suddenly started trolling the boards? Could Ed ever be banned?

You’d have to go to the Reader, I suppose. If you want to go over Ed’s head. I highly doubt Ed’s going to go so unhinged as to get hisself banned, though.
