Another that springs to mind is Max Von Sydow - that guy looks the same now as he did in the Exorcist.

Charles Lane, the guy who was Mr. Potter’s advisor in “It’s a Wonderful Life.” It’s funny: in the movie, he referred to himself as “this bright young man”, which was a lie. He was NEVER young in his life.

Abe Vigoda has looked like he was in his 80s ever since “The Godfather” and Barney Miller". He was in his 50s then.
Andy Clyde. He started playing “old man” roles in silent comedies when he was in his 20s, and continued for over 40 years, using less makeup each year.
William (Prizzi’s Honor) Hickey always looked ancient.
I haven’t seen Ralph Macchio in years, but he kept getting teenage roles well into his thirties.
Walter Matthau. He was NEVER young.
