I guess she technically qualifies as an actress: Madonna. Haven’t seen her in a couple years but when I did she looked just as good as she did in the early 80s. I guess I just don’t go for the leather and stocking-strap look.

Jodie Foster actually looks BETTER than she did as a twenty-something. In her forties she’s matured into dazzling beauty, as opposed to her former mere hottiness.
I sat not 15 feet from her in a Malibu restaurant about 18 months ago. Were you sitting there with me, you’d probably change your opinion.

I don’t know how old Brooke Shields is, although I’d guess she’s nearing the OP’s “40”. I still find her though to be one of the most beautiful women on the planet. Not a bad run for someone we were first introduced to as a pretty little kid.
She is so incredible that I couldn’t even decide between typing “RRRRrrrrroow” and “Meow!” That says it all right there.

Betty White, while not “hot”, has retained her looks amazingly well. She didn’t look that much different in the Shatner roast than she does in 30 year old Match Game reruns.
At 42, Sandra Bullock is as beautiful as when she first caught my attention on screen in Demolition Man in 1993.
And I second Diane Lane. She just keeps getting better looking.

Diane Keaton - she’s never been hot, but she’s aged gracefully and has always been beautiful.
I really like Diane Lane, but Michelle Yoh has 3 years on her and has aged just as well.
I’m still quite taken with Jacqueline Bisset. She looks her age, but she looks really good at her age.
Erin Grey of Buck Rogers fame still looks biddi-biddi-biddi-biddi-beautiful.
I don’t think a recent photo of Grace Kelly would be terribly flattering.
But then again, I’d wager a number of those listed here wouldn’t play quite as well in the flesh.
