Is this just a whoosh? Cite for Adam marrying a man!
I think he’s getting ready for a particularly lame “gotcha”.

Obviously Eve would have been a man because that is the provenance of the rib from which she was made. Must be scientifically accurate!
Oh, Genesis subverts most of the rest of modern scientific thought anyway
Why worry!

This post has been browned by the brownist.
The scriptures say no such thing and if you want this discussion to remain open, you will put forth whatever “explanation” you may think you have very soon.
(And if you want to have your opinions treated as something more serious than the musings of a pre-adolescent, you will refrain from posting in odd colors and fonts.)

:nitpick:
There is no ‘brown’ in the colors available, only ‘sienna’.
It’s been sienned by the siennist then.
From the book of Genesis, 2:21-24:
[2:21] So the LORD God caused a deep sleep to fall upon the man, and he slept; then he took one of his ribs and closed up its place with flesh.
[2:22] And the rib that the LORD God had taken from the man he made into a woman and brought her to the man.
[2:23] Then the man said, “This at last is bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh; this one shall be called Woman, for out of Man this one was taken.”
[2:24] Therefore a man leaves his father and his mother and clings to his wife, and they become one flesh.

Nobody likes a clingy S.O.
That has a definite Thing sound to it…
Whosoever hath sienned against me, him will I blot out of my book.

Hate the sienna, not the sienner.
Let he who is without sienna cast the first stone.
See, this is an example of why we need a “Not So Great Debates” forum.
With twelve hours to provide an actual debate, it appears that Pooter has chosen to post and run.
