I’ve been trying to sign START 9who is a nice kid) up, & I’m getting no where. :mad:
I log out of my account, but try as I might, I can’t log in to START’s!
We’ve tried 2 different passwords, but no dice.
Please outline the procedures, & provide troubleshooting.
PS–I am subsidizing START, at least for now.
I’m certainly not an admin, but the way I’ve done this is make sure you both sign out out of your accounts. Then you should be able to log in to START’s account and go from there.
Can this be confirmed by an Admin? 
There is already a sticky at the top of this forum titled “Post Your Subscription Problems Here.” You might get more help if you try that.
Not sure what the problem is here, but you must be logged out of the board to sign in under someone else’s name. Sounds like THEY have to be logged out too. Maybe that’s the the problem.
