Is there any way of checking if a particular adoption agency is OK?
Some are obviously going to be better than others, and some are probably outright fraudulent. Is there a place (I guess it would be something similar to the Better Business Bureau) that can tell you if an agency has had lots of complaints against it, or if there’s any history of fraud in the organization?
