I can’t find the text to a poem entitled:“Stifled Love” by Your Birth Mother (Pseud.)
The poem comes from the book Perspectives so I am told by a librarian, but they didn’t have the book.
I tried Poem Finder and that didn’t work.
The first line of the poem is:
“I never saw you - Oh, yes once at a distance”
Last line:
“I will always love you - But she is your mother.”
Can anyone find the text?
