Advice on handling an issue

Wouldn’t this fall under any lemon laws? For all intents and purposes it was broken out of the box.

She bought the system in October. Isn’t it too late to dispute the charges?

Sorry for the absence, last post before bed. There is no credit card to dispute. If I can’t pay cash for an item, I don’t purchase it, so I don’t have credit cards.

You need to fire an EECB - Executive Email Consumer Bomb. The Consumer Reports blog site, consumerist.com, has an extensive history on Best Buy and how to deal with them. EECBs have very good results, even with Best Buy.

Next time, never, never, never, never, never ever buy anything from Best Buy. Even Forbes did a recent story on them and predicts their demise. The Best Buy CEO responded to the article, but never answered the accusations. Then thousands of consumers responded to the CEOs comments.
