That said. I’ll humor you. Who is the author of the Wikipedia article and what are his or her credentials? Then we can compare them to Stephen Jay Gould to see who is more respected and a more credible expert.
Maybe you could read some of the academic reviews of Gould’s writing on the subject. I could save you the time and just say - he’s not held in high regard on that issue (or a number of others).
Also, he was apparently rather dishonest.

Fair enough, I’ll assume you wouldn’t object if someone claimed that the NFL was dominated by whites.
Would you object if someone claimed it was dominated by women.
