Okay, well, I don’t think I’d go so far as autism and significant language delays, but I DEFINITELY have an obsession with the written word. Writing will always draw my eye, no matter where, what, or when. I MUST read words that catch my eye, and sometimes I will subconsciously read words and find myself repeating them, and wondering where they came from. It’s even gotten me in trouble a couple of times because people think I’m being nosy, but I just have to read anything that I see around me.
Wow! That certainly sounds like me when I was a kid and would explain a lot of things that have happened in my life. Wonder what the treatment consists of.
