AIM

A good friend of mine (CougarFang, who also “converted” me into a doper,) and I were chatting on aim once when i realized she was idle, yet our conversation still continued. When I held my mouse over her screen name, it said she had been online for 20 minutes (which was true), but it also said she had been idle for 3 days, 21 hours, and 40 minutes. I informed her of this, and she told me she did not know how or why it happened, and about 30 seconds later, her idle time had changed into 3 days, 21 hours, and 47 mintues . . . so why? :confused:

i don’t know why either… [sub]and why exactly do you want to know? i don’t think it’s purely curiosity that’s driving you here, DS… :D[/sub]

you know what they say, "curiosity killed the cat. . . "

:mad:

oh geez, are we the only ones talking in this thread? where’s everyone else? :frowning:

SNIFF we’re loners! SNIFF :frowning:
like my new signature? :smiley:

::sigh::

It’s called a “glitch”.

happens all the time for kkz2010 . . . even signs on idle . . .

Yeah, I know. The worst I’ve seen was when a friend was shown to be “idle” for something like 17 days, 14 hours, and 44 minutes (or some ridiculously high number like that), when she had just created a new screen name about fifteen minutes prior.

i see . . . it’s so annoying :frowning:
i tried to get CougarFang to talk with me offline, because this guy was bothering me, but she closed the window :stuck_out_tongue:
