Couple sent fine after a word on a woman’s clothing was mistaken for their number plate
There’s a guy here in the DFW area who’s plate number is close to mine. I’ve gotten a few tollroad charges from his travels. His plate is damaged slightly and can be mistaken for mine at a glance. Since we drive different brands of truck, I haven’t had any trouble proving it wasn’t me to the toll authorities.
It’s an annoyance though, takes a while to get through to a person via their phone menu.
Well, that’s understandable - at least the number plate’s on another truck and not some
random woman’s sweatshirt !
