Air travel pressure headache help

My daughter flew in to CA from TX on 1/3/04 and slept through the flight and landing. She had some slight stuffiness and now has a terrible pressure headache. Any travellers out there who know of a remedy to relieve this pressure? All help would be appreciated as she is in pain that inhibits her enjoying her visit.
I have tried eardrops and Afrin nose spray.

When we begin to descend, I repressurize my skull but holding my nose and gently blowing. It’s what divers do.

Might be dangerous if you blow too hard though…

That may carry some risk. Try pushing your jaw out to open your eustachian tubes. Chewing gum works for some people since it involves a similar motion.
