Airless paint spraying - keeping the edges neat

I’m about to paint my house using an airless sprayer. I’ve got three choices in how to handle edges and keeping paint off of that which should not be painted.

1: Masking tape and paper. The old classic. Stick it up, spray, peel it off later.
2: A broad “paint guide” - the one I was looking at is a 36" long piece of flexible metal on a handle. Hold it against the window frame, etc, and spray. Move it and spray, on and on…
3: Guides that mount next to the spray tip. Looks like a pizza cutter, and doesn’t need to be repositioned every couple of feet.

Any love or hate for either of these options? I’m sure I’ll be taping off small things like garden hose faucets, but either type of guide is a “one and done” thing with no time invested in setup or removal, so that’s attractive, at least.

I am far from an expert with airless spraying I have done my own home twice in about 20 years. I used makeshift guards out of cardboard and did some follow up with a brush. It went pretty smooth. I also covered the windows with plastic and did mask off a few other things.
