It’s a good question. I don’t know why they would, the team is going to his Son who has been involved with the organization for years and was established (sort of, Raiders are frustratingly secretive) as the person who would take ownership when Al finally kicked it years ago. It would seem to be a rare brand of cruelty to take that away from him.
No idea what the NFL bylaws are in that case, but the league would be committing PR suicide in unimaginably big way to try to get involved. Short if his will giving control of the team over to Al Queda or his English Bulldog I can’t imagine it’ll be a concern.
