Is there really a kind of marijuana called Manhattan White that is harvested in the sewers, having been flushed down the toilet and grown up white because of the darkness? My friend told me this, but I find it VERY hard to believe.

Not to pile on, KC, but it is a UL. Just because you read it in the Anarchist’s Cookbook doesn’t mean it is true. Take it from someone who’s been the guinea pig for some of their recipes.

It must be an apathetic stoner indeed - he who lights up actually believing that he’s smoking a plant which was raised, from seed to bag, on the dark and fetid juices of the Manhattan sewer system.

If it’s albino it wouldn’t make it past seedling stage anyway. I’ve had decorative corn seedlings come up pure white and they died shortly after they sprouted.
