Alias is canceled. Dammit.

The guy in the coffin was a duplicate of Renee’s father. I have no doubt that Vaughn is alive, however, and Jack and Sydney have hidden him away until it’s safe. I imagine the series will end with Sydney and Vaughn reuniting, and Sydney settling down to be a wife and mother. Fitting enough, I suppose, but I’ll be a little sad if Sydney gives up the spy life.

The first three seasons were great and then it was like they brought in writers who had never watched the show before. More importantly, Syd and Vaughn made the show so once Michael Vartan got kicked to the curb (regardless of why), I think it would have been tough to keep it going.

Actually, the prevailing opinion is that it’s an evil scientist who had his brain transplanted into Renee’s father’s body.

Maybe they could do a spin-off with Jack and Marshall. I’d watch that! Hell, throw in Dixon too, with regular cameos from Angela Bassett. I wish the focus of the show had stayed on them, even expanded their roles, rather than bring in hot new young agents in whom we have no investment. It’s a mistake so many series make later in their run, and wind up getting canceled.

The link in the OP also reports this; I don’t know if it was there when you posted.

Me too, including the phasing in of two substitutes as was happening in this series, with the same resulting drop in ratings.

I hope they explain the inverse letter in the city names. (I kept track of them for a while – never figured out anything)

Funny, I thought season 4 was superior to season 3.

Kevin Weisman is an awesome character actor as Marshall Flinkman. Carl Lumbley sucked ass as Marcus Dixon. (as an actor)
