align right in word

Ya, here is the deal. CTRL + R (in Microsoft Word 2003, XP Home) doesn’t align right but i want it to. Would someone please assist me in this endevour?

Ctrl-R works fine for me in Word 2000. Perhaps is is different in Word 2003. Maybe somone will come along who knows about that.

Microsoft says it’s Ctrl + R.

it is supposed to be CTRL + R but it is not, i need to know how to change it so that it is CRTL R

<CTRL>+R works for me, but here’s how I’d assign it if it didn’t:

[ol]
[li]On the View menu, choose Toolbars, then choose Customize[/li][li]Choose the Commands tab[/li][li]Choose Keyboard[/li][li]Under Categories, choose Format[/li][li]Under Commands, choose RightPara[/li][li]Click under “Press new shortcut key” and press CTRL R[/li][li]Click Assign[/li][li]Click Close[/li][/ol]

When you exit you may be prompted to save changes to Normal.dot. Choose “Yes” – this is your normal template and the keyboard shortcut is stored there.
