I wasn’t born in Ohio, but I was close. Indianapolis to be exact. However, I currently live at Miami Universtiy in Oxford and my parents live in Springboro…I think it’s by beavercreek, I don’t know I haven’t lived here to long and haven’t left Oxford too often. I think a dopefest in the summer or something would be tons of fun. We’re out in 4 weeks, any ideas? Or maybe we’ll just all meet in Oxford and drink ourselves silly at one of the uptown clubs.

Born and raised in Hicksville (NW, right on the Indiana border). Lived in Toledo from 87-94. Then I got the hell outta there and immigrated to Arizona.
I’ve been back twice since then, and, except the first couple weeks of autumn, I haven’t missed it a bit.

I forgot to mention this earlier, and it’s probably too late now, but this afternoon, when this first came back, it had: 37 Posts, 6 Views. You might also notice that some of the (older) posts are out of order (they are right by time-order, but I think they lost their adjustment for time-zones. That is, a person posting in Ohio at 11 AM would have a message now appearing after someone posting from Cali at 10:59 AM (which is 1:59 PM, Ohio)…nevermind). Kinda neet, the affect the change from UBB had.
Anyhow, I’m looking into getting something together for this summer. I was thinking Columbus would be ideal, being central and all. I was thinking Dublin, specifically, since that’s where I live and should be able to get a good place to meet.
I’m thinking June-ish, though sooner could work, too. Any ideas?
Born, raised and will probably die in Middletown, Ohio. It’s located in Southwest Ohio between Dayton and Cincinnati but a little closer to Dayton-20 miles or so.
cykrider I’m about 20 minutes from Oxford. Just take 73 south to Jacksonburg Road. I’m a few miles from there. I attended Miami University but I took all but a few classes on the Middletown campus. I love Oxford. It’s just not the same since they tore down the watertower though. Do you get over to Huston Woods much? It’s nice in the summer at the lake.

I love Huston Woods! I’m on the Miami Flyers cycling team and we had a race there in Feburary and we normally ride out to the Woods and climb the hills. I’m planning on taking a class or two at the Middletown campus over the summer.
Actually, it’s such a nice day today, I might ride out there. Thanks for the idea.

Born in Bedford, lived in Lorain, Vermillion, Toledo, Marblehead (close to Sandusky)and Bowling Green. My sisters and brother still live in the Cleveland area.

I’ve lived all around but I was born here and now live here. It’s like I moved across town via the long route (New York, Texas, California, across town in Cincinnati)

Spooje was born in Kettering, and for 17 odd(very odd) years lived in a god-forsaken hole known as West Carrollton, which borders both Dayton and Kettering if memory serves. Lived there until I realized I was free to leave. Then moved to Southern California’s beautiful San Fernando Valley. Here I have met more Ohioans then when I lived in Ohio. Go figure.
Born and raised in Northern Ohio- Vermilion. Moved to Cowlumbus for school…still working off my term.
Most of my family is still in Ohio, but my sisters and a brother live in Cowlumbus, too…one of 'em about 100 feet away. Convenient, now that she has a baby.
