Aren’t chicken heart “all natural?” I mean, we don’t manufacture them from radioactive chemical sludge, they’re still made ‘the good-old-fashioned way!’
Gee, all of a sudden “All natural” doesn’t seem such a good selling point.

It hasn’t been for years. Decades ago, it meant “real” as opposed to “ersatz”, but nowadays it means “our product is better because we use magic”.
