I was flipping through channels yesterday evening and found a show that was airing live from one of Austin’s local access channels. The person, Alex something-or-other, was talking about how our freedoms are going to be curtailed severely with the events of 9/11/01. He quoted a few ex-government officals saying that “we need to exchange liberty for security”. “Huh,” I thought, “that kind of thing could get ugly.”
However, the motherfucker then went to a shot of the 2nd Tower crumbling and said “there, the tower obviously going down due to explosives at the base.”
WHAT THE FUCK?
Maybe the fucking Tower collapsed because a fucking plane just fucking crashed into it you stupid paraniod fucktard. What the fuck is wrong with people like this? They may have a few important points, such as restrictions on our freedoms that will come about because of this, but any sense they may make will be totally lost in avalanche of paraniod anti-government bullshit that spews from every orifice in their body.
Utter nonsense. Anyone can see for his or herself. Both towers failed at the points where they were struck by the planes, and telescoped from the failure points downward.

I was wondering about explosives planted in the base too, so I stood around while the news showed reruns of the towers falling. I’ve seen this footage about 10-15 times, and I can vouch that the building begins to fall at the failure point, and the lower floors do not begin to collapse until the top floors hit them.
And some of the bottom floors didn’t collapse until yesterday. I think they said there were about four floors left of one tower yesterday that finally fell.
The same government that faked the moon landings, that has JFK’s head in a jar, and that has aliens in the deep-freeze out in Nevada, has now been found out.

We can see obvious explosives at the base of the tower, and not only that, but there are people wearing jackets that say “FBI” on them in the picture, so obviously they are there to place the explosives, and yes, some of them were caught in the building’s collapse, but only the ones who were threatening to go to 20/20 with their inside information on the extent of the federal conspiracy to kill Laura Bush and make Hillary RODHAM Clinton the First Lady.

Ollie North was being interviewed last night about the WTC disaster. His comment certainly was one of the dumbest I’ve heard yet and, I think, in keeping with his character.
He mentioned that the two tower impacts were 18 minutes apart, a “classic terrorism ploy” that had allowed the firefighters and rescue personnel to congregate at the site and, thus, be impacted by the second event. Does he honestly believe that second plane circled patiently waiting until more respondents arrived before plowing in?
Also, Charlie Rose last night interviewed some female book writer (I’m sorry I can’t remember her name or find this on his site) who was trying to tie Saddam Hussein and Iraq into the plot. While they actually might turn out to have been involved, her reasons for suspecting them were pathetically weak. For example, she said that the attacking plane needed to know what elevation to come in at. This would require money and the backing of state-funded terrorism.
I can afford a topo sheet and I’m almost certain that advanced commercial jet had an altimeter. Can I be a state?
Well, the plane wasn’t circling, but I thought the
terrorists did coordinate to overtake their planes at
different points, so the events would be staggered.
Has that been reported? Not being all that familiar with terrorist mentalities, I’d have thought they’d overtake the planes at the most opportune time within a certain window, fly them to their destinations and crash.
Any delay on their part might invite failure because of a number of reasons:
passengers coordinate an effort to retake the plane,
mechanical malfunction,
error by inexperienced pilot,
counterstrike from military upon realization of intent, etc.
Also:
They were trying to maximize the amount of fuel on board at impact.
We’ve not heard evidence of communication between the attacking jets with each other.
Plane #2 just augered it’s ugly self right in, no circling.
Take off times were naturally offset by the different airlines and airports.
Maybe I’m wrong but I think they chose to take control at the best opportunity and went straight in after that. The delayed arrival by 18 minutes if anything let many people begin to evacuate the second tower. They wouldn’t have had that chance if the two arrived simultaneously.

Last year, I was flipping channels and happened across his “expose” of a “secret society” made up of high government and business officials, that gathered for some occult goings-on at a campground somewhere. I had to turn it off before I permanently injured myself from the strain of rolling my eyes constantly.
He once had himself arrested at a Department of Public Safety office. He showed up with ID, but refused to give a thumbprint and began shouting that now the government wanted a thumbprint, but soon they would want urine and blood. I felt so sorry for the poor women working there, who just wanted to do their jobs without listening to a paranoid fuckwit.

Weeellllll… I hate to be possibly agreeing with Ollie North, but this CNN map (the accuracy of which I cannot vouch for, of course) does show Flight 175 (the second to hit the WTC) making a big sort of loop around and coming in from the south (Flight 11, the first to hit, looks like it just came straight in). If there was a deliberate attempt to catch rescue workers, it seems to have worked all too well. Of course, I think it was the later collapse of the towers which caused most of those casualties. And, actually, the south tower collapsed first, although the north tower was hit first. So, the theory is a bit shaky.
I have heard of the tactic of setting off a second bomb later to try and catch onlookers/rescue workers. (This tactic seems to have been used in some of the bombings down south for which Eric Robert Rudolph is the chief suspect).
Yeah, Alex Jones is a real nutcase alright. The secret camp thing you are talking about is called “Bohemian Grove”. He’s one of those people that think the Branch Davidians were murdered by the FBI, and that they were all (david koresh included) harmless innocents. What the hell ever.
