I’ve started playing it again and have just finished the infancy stage…

Trying to choose the “correct” options can sometimes be tricky:

You give up much too easily! It’s going to look pretty funny when you are the only IBM executive who crawls into work on all fours.

I was a bit cautious because sometimes you can die if you aren’t careful.

Sometimes I want to be a bit selfish and the game got revenge on me:

It’s Saturday morning and Dad asks you to help with some chores. The Superduck Cartoon Hour has just begun.

You say: “Daaaaaaaaaaaad…THOO - PER - DUCK ith on the TEE - VEE now!” Dad says: “Come on, Champ, help me in the yard a little.” You say:

Dad sees your stubbornness and stops asking you. All he wanted was a little company. You acted very selfishly. He’s outside now.

Eventually you can get a job and have relationships, etc.

It’s a pretty good game. I didn’t know there were more modern versions, I was playing the original using DosBox.
